At WINGS, we always love a good talk about fisting. We sat down with three kinksters who told us all about their experiences, desires, fantasies, and more.
First up is 24-year-old Pup Derix (he/him), a beginning fistee. While living in California as a teen, he dove into the world of kinks after sport bike riders and their gear piqued his interest. He gravitates towards pup play, full gear coverage, and of course, fisting.
What is it about fisting that intrigues you?
“Fisting has always been seen as extreme, but it wasn’t until I tried it myself, that I figured out that it’s not the term I would use. I tend to struggle with focus and lack of stimulation during play sessions. My mind moves at a million miles an hour. Fisting was one of the first kinks that instantly locked me into focus during my play sessions. FF tops can pick up on so many feelings or cues that they can use to adjust the pace or intensity of the play session. This creates a much stronger and intimate bond for me as a FF bottom, and that’s what allows me to focus.”
What have you experienced so far?
“I started in late 2022, and I have ramped up my fisting frequency to about once a week. Looking back, it was a long journey, but finding the right partners was key for my growth. I recently took doubles which I never could’ve imagined when I started out. The whole experience has been immensely rewarding, mainly due to the fact that there is always something to achieve or work your way up to.”

What are you looking for in a partner?
“I tend to look for potential partners in communities I’m already a part of myself. It’s tempting to try and hook up with guys who are complete strangers, but I think that it’s not worth the risk when it comes to this kink. It’s a quality-over-quantity thing, and a quality FF partner who I trust, is key.”
What are your next goals in fisting?
“Currently, they are depth training and harm reduction. Depth is pretty self-explanatory, but harm reduction includes taking proper time off when I get a small tear, along with making sure I surround myself with people who prioritize safety over fantasy.”
What would you want to ask a fisting expert?
“How could someone like me make more local connections and possibly form a group of trusted individuals? Fisting parties sound fun, but I tend to build up walls with folks who haven’t earned my trust yet.”
What is your ultimate fisting fantasy?
“It would start with an empty schedule and a trouble-free clean-out, haha. I’d be in rubber, as well as my partner, and we’d be working on reaching my next fisting milestone. Dark techno, a sling, and lots of lube would soon follow. Maybe some other friends would be there too to enjoy the fun. Working all weekend to break my hole.”
Any final thoughts for our readers?
“Fisting definitely caught me by surprise. I never thought I’d enjoy it this much and it’s a wonderful addition to my long list of kinks. It feels like we are in a fisting renaissance, as more folks get into the kink.
